Vacuum-packed for efficient shipping. Allow up to 48 hours to expand after unpacking. Temporary wrinkles are normal. Use a garment steamer if needed. This does not affect the cushion's quality or comfort.

Yes, the zippered cover is machine washable. Use a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent. Air-dry in shade — do not tumble dry. Spot-clean the foam insert only. Store in a dry, ventilated area when not in use to maintain shape.
